They babricated a smoker destinated to the drying and the smoking of fishes.

The dispositif is made of four sections which are the smoking room, a ventilating to exude warmth to insure a unitary dispensation of hot, a thermometer to check the temperature, a fireplace to rule out humidity and a damper to filter the smoke and reduce carbon in the fishes.

It is powered by solar. The ameliorated oven of drying and smoking of fish uses essentially woods. This smoker reduces the work of 4 days to 4hours with the capacity of producing around sixty big fishes.
